Key Responsibilities
- Manage title orders smoothly from contract execution through closing and fund disbursement.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to keep every party informed throughout the closing process.
- Review title searches, commitment documents, and public records to identify and resolve potential issues quickly.
- Coordinate escrow funds, disbursements, and closing paperwork with absolute compliance and attention to detail.
- Deliver an exceptional, high-touch client experience that builds long-term industry relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Title Agent License (for Title Agent roles) or relevant title processing/escrow experience.
- Proven track record in title examination, processing, or escrow management in Florida real estate markets.
- Strong familiarity with title software systems and modern digital closing platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- A client-first mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy, transparency, and speed.
