We are seeking dedicated, hardworking Factory Workers to join our manufacturing team. This role is centered on one main priority: producing block consistently, efficiently, and at a high level every day. We are looking for dependable team members who show up on time, work well with others, and take pride in doing the job right.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The right candidate will value teamwork, understand the importance of reliability, and be committed to maintaining production quality, safety, and efficiency throughout each shift.
Responsibilities
Show up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift
Work as part of a team to produce block consistently and at a high standard
Assist with daily production tasks on the factory floor
Organize and stage materials for production and shipping
Prioritize and prepare customer orders for on-time shipment
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Stack, strap, and hand-wrap pallets for shipment
Support production flow and help improve efficiency when possible
Qualifications / Skills
Dependable, punctual, and consistent attendance is a must
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay close attention to detail
Basic mechanical ability for operating machinery and handling minor troubleshooting
Good physical stamina; able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive labor
Ability to lift 60–70 lbs repeatedly
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, warm, and dusty environment
Reliable transportation required
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
Day shifts only, no night shifts
