About the role
As a Manager, you will make an impact by leading and delivering complex consulting engagements for clients. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, other stakeholders, and clients.
In this role, you will:
Lead client engagements and deliver high-impact solutions
Drive project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
Mentor and develop junior team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development and thought leadership initiatives

Work model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a position requiring 4 days a week in a client office in Dallas, TX. What you must have to be considered
10+ years of consulting, professional services, digital strategy development, advisory, or transformation programs operating in a client-facing capacity serving and leading external client engagements
Extensive experience working in the relevant industry segment
Excellent customer-facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements
Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes

MBA or Master’s or advanced business degree preferred

Compensation
$95,000-$120,000
This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
