As General Supervisor, you will work closely with the Venue Manager and be responsible for effectively assisting with all operational aspects of the park including Admissions, all events, the Honey café and manager on duty responsibilities. This position must deliver results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the park by accomplishing performance objectives focused on driving sales, guests satisfaction and ensuring that brand standards are met. This role must support a culture that follows our Mission Statement.

Key responsibilities:
- Operational Compliance: Ensuring that all actions and decisions are in compliance with Billy Beez’s Standard Operating Procedure, Employee Handbook and Mission Statement.
- Guest Experience: Delivering consistent and brand standard customer experience through correct execution of the Brand’s cleanliness, security, and safety related programs, procedures and policies.
- Cash Handling: Operate a cash register whether at admissions/cafe, process transactions accurately, and handle payments with attention to detail.
- Flexibility: Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the location’s operational needs.
- Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, move quickly in a fast-paced setting, and lift or carry objects (up to 25 lbs.) as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-food or high-volume cafe environment, with strong skills in cooking from frozen items.
- Events: Assist with organizing and executing birthday parties, group events from stock management through party planning and direct client relations to execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Comfortable operating a cash register and handling transactions.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take direction from the Venue Manager.
- Monitor play activities ensuring all guests adhere to posted safety rules.
- Ensuring brand standards are met with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations; communicating follow-up actions to the team and Venue Manager as necessary
- Experience in key holder, opening and closing responsibilities
- At least 2 years experience in food service industry preferable in the fast food industry.
- ServSafe Management Certification is a plus.
- Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills
- Act as manager on duty (MOD) when assigned, creating and maintaining a culture of accountability
- Must be 18 years of age or older
