Follow-Up Specialist – Real Estate
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Compensation: $2,250/mo base + performance-based commission
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Reports To: CEO/COO
Location: Fully Remote

JOB SUMMARY
Are you a motivated communicator who thrives on building relationships and keeping deals moving forward? As a Follow-Up Specialist, you will be the engine that keeps our sales pipeline warm - consistently reaching out to leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks. If you are organized, persistent, and love staying in contact with people, this role is for you! Previous sales experience is NOT required!!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Follow up and respond to all sales leads generated in our system to increase sales conversions.
- Use CRM software daily to manage and update your pipeline of prospects and potential leads in a timely manner.
- Build rapport with potential sellers, help overcome objections, and nurture relationships to generate more sales opportunities.
- Act as the lead point of contact for sellers, communicating efficiently and effectively with all parties involved.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with sellers, working toward win-win solutions for both parties.
- Develop new leads through outbound calls and exploration of target neighborhoods.
- Quickly learn the real estate industry and the systems and technologies specific to our business.
- Keep up with local market knowledge to answer client questions and help maintain our marketplace position.
- Collaborate with team members to drive results and exceed goals.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
- Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
- Acquisition Assosciate - $85,000 - $130,000+ / year (uncapped)
- Sales Manager - $95,000 - $130,000+ / year (uncapped)
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
