Delivery duties include:
*this position requires weekend shifts. 3 days off per week.
*must provide clean driving record, have valid driver license, be over 21 years of age, pass DOT health screen and pre-employment drug screen.
*CDL not required but current CDL drivers encouraged to apply. Wage DOE
*Loading and Unloading appliances by hand or dolly.
*Use of ShoulderDolly system with a partner to move appliances within home
*Work in a team environment.
*Be able to use basic tools and hand drill.
*Setting up appliances in customers’ homes
(Including wiring plugs and connecting water lines)
*Discussions with customers about operations of their product(s)
*Trouble shooting small appliance issues.
*Driving locally and out of town (home nightly).
*Removal and disposal of old appliances
*Transferring appliances to other store locations
*May be required to do occasional warehouse duties
*Delivery position must have an insurable driving record.
*previous commercial vehicle driving experience a plus
*Must have a clean background
*Must be committed to safe and damage-free delivery and great customer service
