Black Brew Bros is a growing coffee and tea company that brings high-quality beverages and products directly to the community through local farmers markets and special events. We are looking for outgoing, reliable team members who enjoy working with people and representing a local brand.
Responsibilities:
● Set up and break down market booths at farmers markets and special events
● Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages
● Sell packaged coffee, tea, and other company products
● Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
● Educate customers about our products and brand
● Process transactions and handle cash/card payments
● Help keep the booth clean, organized, and fully stocked
● Assist with promoting the brand and attracting new customers
Work Locations:
● Lake Eola Farmers Market
● Winter Garden Farmers Market
● Celebration Farmers Market
● Various pop-up events and community gatherings
Requirements:
● Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions
● Friendly, energetic, and confident speaking with customers
● Reliable transportation and punctuality
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift market equipment when needed
● Team-oriented mindset; you will always work alongside other team members
● Availability for weekend events and occasional pop-up events
Dress Code:
● Plain all-black or all-white t-shirt with no logos
● Closed-toe shoes required
