Unique Med is Hiring!
We are urgently looking for Private Duty and Field Nurses for our Home Health Agency. The ideal candidates should have experience in home health, be able to conduct home health visits or 12 hour private duty case shifts in Palm Beach County and possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities, Requirements & Skills:
· Active Florida or valid multi-state R.N. or L.P.N. Nursing License required.
· Ability to comply with Home Health nursing policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
· Ability to perform home health assessments and Starts of Care.
· Flexible availability to be scheduled for cases.
· I.V. and Wound Care certifications are a plus.
· Trach/Ventilator experience/certification are a plus
· G tube experience/certifications are a plus
· Pediatric private duty experience is a plus
· Must be open to EMR training on how to clock in and out and medically document visits using Alora+.
· Ensure adherence to HIPAA confidentiality policies.
