About All In Xpress
All In Xpress is a transportation and guest logistics company headquartered in Miami, Florida, with operations and offices in multiple locations. We provide a wide range of ground transportation solutions, including cruise line guest and crew transportation, airport transfers, corporate transportation, hotel shuttle operations, group and event transportation, and premium long-distance intercity service. No matter the service, our mission is the same: deliver a safe, reliable, and elevated experience that makes us a true extension of our clients' teams.
As part of our transportation portfolio, All In Xpress operates a premium long-distance intercity service. We run modern coaches and hold the entire journey to a higher standard than most people expect from intercity travel: clean vehicles, departures that leave on time, and an experience where passengers feel genuinely looked after from the moment they step on board until they reach their destination.
Elevating the customer experience is the point of everything we do. A great ride isn't just getting there safely—it's the small things, done consistently, that make someone choose us again and tell a friend. We care about people, and that goes both ways: the passengers we serve and the team members who make every trip possible. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, embrace professionalism, and treat every passenger the way they'd want a family member treated on a long journey.
About the role
We’re hiring professional CDL drivers to operate our Miami–New York line.
This is team driving. Two drivers are assigned to each coach, which is equipped with an FMCSA-compliant onboard sleeper berth. While one driver operates the coach, the other rests in the berth, so the vehicle can run the full Miami–New York corridor overnight without stopping for a hotel. If you’ve run over-the-road freight as a team, the rhythm will feel familiar — the difference is you’re carrying passengers, not cargo, so customer service and a clean, on-time trip matter as much as safe driving.
Expect multi-day trips away from home. A round trip covers roughly 1,400 miles each way with a scheduled rest layover before the return leg. This job suits drivers who are comfortable being on the road for the length of a trip cycle and sleeping onboard between shifts. Exact schedules and rotations are set by dispatch and can shift with the season.
What you’ll do
- Operate safely. Drive the assigned coach on the Miami–New York line in full compliance with FMCSA regulations and all traffic laws.
- Run as a team. Coordinate driving and rest with your assigned partner and use the onboard sleeper berth per hours-of-service rules.
- Log your hours. Keep accurate hours-of-service records and complete daily logs (ELD) as required by law.
- Inspect the coach. Perform and document thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report any mechanical issue to dispatch immediately.
- Sign into the driver app. Log into the network’s driver app before every trip and keep it active for the whole trip so the coach can be GPS-tracked.
- Take care of passengers. Board passengers, verify tickets, honor seat reservations, handle boarding questions, and keep a courteous, professional manner throughout the trip.
- Serve riders with disabilities. Operate the wheelchair lift, secure mobility devices, accommodate service animals, and follow all ADA requirements. Training is provided.
- Handle baggage. Load and unload luggage, keep luggage bays clean and clear, and follow lost-and-found procedures.
- Keep the coach presentable. Ensure the interior and luggage areas are clean and ready before and after each trip.
- Communicate. Notify dispatch promptly of delays, breakdowns, accidents, law-enforcement stops, or anything that could affect the schedule, and provide updates as they develop.
What you need
- Valid CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement. Class B CDL is the typical classification for this coach; verify the class required for our specific vehicles. No air-brake restriction.
- Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate and full qualification under FMCSA Part 391.
- At least 21 years old (federal minimum for interstate driving).
- Clean driving record. Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) with no disqualifying violations.
- Pass a DOT drug test and a criminal background check as a condition of employment (federal and applicable state/county searches).
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 verification required).
- Motorcoach or over-the-road experience preferred. 2+ years commercial passenger or team OTR driving.
- Comfortable with the team / sleeper-berth model and multi-day trips away from home.
Physical requirements
- Sit and drive for extended periods within hours-of-service limits.
- Lift and handle passenger luggage (up to approximately 50 lbs) and assist with boarding.
- Operate the wheelchair lift and secure mobility devices.
- Rest in an onboard sleeper berth between driving shifts.
