Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Status: Salary, Exempt
Job Shift: M-F, 8:00am–5:00pm
Reports to: Architectural Operations Manager
Job Summary: The Architectural Project Manager will assist with planning, organizing, and directing all resources (work team, materials, and subcontractors) for the successful execution of multiple projects. The successful candidate will support the team’s projects ensuring quality, scheduling, billing, quote follow-up, project tracking, new order processing, data base entry, safety and customer satisfaction is achieved. The Architectural Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for each project once a contract is received.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with a variety of personalities and be an excellent communicator. Candidates should possess a proactive mindset while being task and detail orientated. Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work under tight time constraints is a must.
Essential Functions
- Provides administrative support to the Architectural Division.
- Prepares accurate submittals and processes orders for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.
- Able to produce accurate estimate, bids, and change orders as the need arises.
- Coordinate details with transportation and shipment representatives.
- Populates job information sheets and submittals for approval.
- Data entry invoice instruction sheets for each job into Acumatica.
- Maintains accurate records in Acumatica for all jobs.
- Communicates with General Contractor/Client regarding job status and prepares schedules accordingly.
- Attends General Contractor jobsite subcontractor meetings as needed.
- Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Research proposals, project drawings, and specs, and any related documents to perform take-offs, including identifying labor, material, costs, and time requirements.
- Keeps accurate records of all customer and prospect accounts.
- Provides detailed reports to management as needed.
- Works closely with other internal departments for support and to help build the brand.
- Possesses in depth product and manufacturer knowledge.
- Follows all company’s filed procedures and policies.
- Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs without assistance.
- Must be able to stand and/or sit for several hours at a time.
- Ability to work in hot, cold and/or loud environments effectively.
- Ability to squat, kneel, lift, push and bend.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred knowledge of industry software (Bluebeam, Procore, ERP, Project Management systems, etc.)
Travel
- Travel to jobsites throughout the sales territory as needed for this position. The sales territory includes all of Ohio.
