Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile, reliable, and motivated Renovation Crew Member who loves variety. In this role, you won't just do one thing—you will handle all types of work, including masonry, carpentry, plumbing, and general remodeling. We do not expect you to know everything on day one. We highly value a strong willingness to learn and a great work ethic. We will train you on the rest.
Key Responsibilities
All-Round Trades: Assist with masonry (concrete/brick), carpentry (framing/trim), and basic plumbing (fixtures/pipes).
Full Remodeling: Work on bathrooms, kitchens, and full property renovations.
Demolition & Prep: Tear down old materials and prepare job sites safely.
Finishes: Help with drywall, painting, tiling, and flooring installation.
Site Care: Load and organize tools, transport materials, and keep a clean workspace.
Qualifications & Skills
Willingness to Learn: Genuine excitement to learn multiple trades and to try new tasks daily.
Handy Background: Some basic experience using hand and power tools is required.
Adaptability: Comfortable switching between different types of labor throughout the week.
Physical Fitness: Capable of handling heavy lifting and physical labor.
Reliability: Show up on time, work hard, and maintain a positive attitude.
Transport: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work sites.
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
