We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain beautiful, spotless homes. Must have a driver's license and vehicle to drive to different locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry to meet client standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Manage household chores efficiently while respecting clients’ privacy and preferences
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to ensure optimal results
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients and addressing any specific requests or concerns
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques
- Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL demeanor
- Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and disinfectants
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules
- Experience in housekeeping management or janitorial supervision is advantageous
