We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused individual to become a vital part of our energetic real estate team. This role plays a key part in supporting property management functions and fostering strong client relationships, ensuring seamless operations and outstanding service quality.
Primary Duties:

Manage day-to-day property management activities, including tenant communications and lease processing.

Organize and oversee maintenance schedules, working closely with vendors to address issues promptly.

Keep precise records and generate reports on property performance metrics.

Assist marketing initiatives by developing promotional content and handling property listings.

Collaborate with team members to improve client satisfaction and streamline operational workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments

Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call

Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes

Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
