Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay: Based on Weld Test Performance
We're looking for experienced welders who take pride in quality workmanship and want to be part of building industry-leading trailers. If you can read blueprints, fabricate with precision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Do:
- Fabricate, assemble, and weld steel components for production
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Set up welding equipment and determine proper settings
- Perform MIG welding in various positions
- Inspect welds to ensure quality standards are met
- Work with team members to complete production goals safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of industrial welding experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
