We're hiring a sales professional with experience selling into laboratories — ideally someone who has carried a quota at an LIS or EMR company (Orchard, Sunquest, LabWare, Clinisys, Xifin, SCC, NovoPath, or similar) or sold lab billing / RCM services. You'll close inbound leads from our SEO, paid search, and LIS/EMR partnership pipeline, and use your existing lab network to source new opportunities. This is a closing role, not a lead-development role.
Who should apply

- Can name labs in your territory off the top of your head and describe their operations
- Are comfortable on the phone, on Zoom, and occasionally on-site for major opportunities

This role is not a fit if you:
- Have never sold into healthcare or labs specifically
- Need a marketing team to hand you fully-qualified leads before you'll engage
- Have only worked at large vendors with full SE and BDR support

What you'll do
- Convert warm inbound from our SEO, paid search, and LIS/EMR partner channels — this is the bulk of your pipeline starting day one
- Run discovery and ROI conversations with lab operators, owners, and administrators
- Build proposals using our pricing tools and present them with confidence
- Close new business and transition accounts cleanly to operations
- Self-source opportunities from your network and through targeted outreach
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with LIS vendors, EMR partners, and lab consultants
Required experience
- 5+ years selling into laboratories, healthcare services, RCM, billing, or directly adjacent products
- Demonstrated ability to close — you can name specific new-logo deals you've personally won in the last 24 months
- Comfortable discussing claims lifecycle, denials, AR, and payer dynamics (or willing to learn fast)
Applicants without lab or healthcare sales experience will not be considered.
Strongly preferred
- Prior LIS or EMR sales experience (Orchard, Sunquest, LabWare, Clinisys, Xifin, SCC, NovoPath, or similar)
- Existing relationships with lab directors, owners, or pathology group leadership
- Experience selling RCM or billing services directly
- History of self-sourcing deals, not just converting marketing leads
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Two-tier commission structure: standard rate on inbound deals, higher commission on self-sourced deals — your network is rewarded directly
- Year-one OTE meaningful for a strong closer; uncapped upside thereafter

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
