Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Support delivery drivers with route driving, load securing, and timely delivery of portable restrooms to customer site/s.
- Help organize the yard by moving materials, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper storage of inventory.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently, handling heavy lifting with proper technique to prevent injury.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups.
- Support drivers in route, by cleanign restrooms.
Requirements
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and clean criminal record.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and courier operations is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
