Coerver Soccer Trainers are:
- Understand and have experience with soccer and playing at higher levels
- Passion for technical footwork and developing players technical skills
- Ability to train at multiple levels from developmental to advanced
- Like to use a curriculum and plans in technical sessions
- Safety-conscious, whose #1 priority is the safety of players
- Caring, engaging with each player through specific and positive affirmation
- Organized, who plan ahead and are systematic in routine, conducting each session according to the training plan prescribed Coerver method
- Responsible, who are committed to completing Coerver coaching online training
- Energetic, and ability exciting atmosphere that leads a player to smile and participate
- Able to adapt a training session to meet the needs of the players
- Is outgoing and has ability to motivate players to believe they can accomplish more
Our coaching team is looking for 1-2 Pro Trainers for a part time position. (Urgent need for GoalKeeper Trainer) We will invest in your development as a coach with Coaches education. For those candidates who demonstrate abilities for higher level soccer training there will be opportunities to grow with Coerver Coaching a global training organization.
