This position will involve working on a metal manufacturing shop floor. The supervisor is in charge of establishing daily production goals for each department. The supervisor will work with a team of 15 to 20 people to ensure quality work and keep on track with the production goals and schedule. The supervisor will facilitate the flow of parts from raw stock into finished assemblies, and must adapt daily schedules if circumstances occur. The supervisor will ensure all products are being built to blueprints correctly prior to being released to the welding cells. Final checks are to be done before product is loaded for shipping, using a quality control check list and production schedule. The supervisor is expected to be hands-on, be able to multi-task, and learn how to set-up and operate various machines.
This position is available for 1st shift. Hours are Mon-Fri 6 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
Requirements:
- Dependable transportation
- Must have supervisory experience
- Must have quality control experience
- Must be dependable; attendance and quality work are a must!
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
Preferred:
- MIG Welding experience
- Experience with robot welders and laser cutting machines
- Experience setting up and operating press brakes and other bending machines
- Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
