Job - Egg White Harvest Technician / Biopharmaceutical Production Technician
Location: Bogart, GA - Onsite
Pay Rate: $18 - $21/hr. on W2 (based on relevant experience)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Job Summary
Work Schedule: Training Monday–Friday; Post-training Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Training Period: Approximately 2 months
Overtime: Rare, generally voluntary
Top Skills: Aseptic/sterile technique, SOP compliance, cGMP knowledge, batch record documentation, Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Preferred Experience: Manufacturing, QC labs, sterile processing, inventory management, shipping/receiving
Software Skills: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word
Key Responsibilities: Egg receipt and processing, candling eggs, aseptic egg white harvesting, PPE/gowning procedures, inventory management, material handling, international shipping support, documentation
PPE and Safety: PPE and steel-toe shoes required; no shower-in process required
Respirator Requirement: Candidates must complete a respirator medical evaluation due to sporicidal chemical exposure
Animal Exposure: No direct animal handling; work limited to eggs and egg white processing
Interview Process: Recruiter screening followed by one onsite interview
Education Requirements:
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, Biotech Certification
- Note: Master’s Degree considered overqualified

- Preferred backgrounds: pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, QC labs, protein labs, sterile processing environments
