Are you experienced in warehouse operations, assembly, or quality control? Do you take pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and ensuring work is done right the first time?
Hardinger Warehousing is seeking a Quality Control Team Member (Assembly & Kitting) to play a critical role at the end of our production line. This position is responsible for inspecting completed kits to ensure they meet all quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements before shipment.
This is not a passive inspection role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, collaborating with team members, and actively correcting errors to maintain high-quality output.
Warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or quality control experience is strongly preferred. Forklift experience preferred.

Work closely with assembly team members to identify and correct issues in real time
Serve as the final checkpoint while maintaining a collaborative, team-first environment

Ensure all kits are accurate, complete, and ready for shipment
Communicate quality concerns clearly to minimize disruption and maintain workflow
Help streamline processes by reinforcing proper procedures and SOP adherence

Perform 100% inspections of finished kits prior to sealing
Verify part accuracy, quantities, placement, and configuration
Identify defects, discrepancies, and non-conformances before products reach the customer
Ensure all packaging, labeling, and presentation requirements are met

Identify trends or recurring quality issues and share improvement opportunities
Support continuous improvement efforts focused on quality and efficiency
Maintain organized, audit-ready workspaces and documentation
Experience in warehouse operations, assembly, manufacturing, or quality control
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
Ability to follow work instructions, specifications, and standard operating procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic math and counting skills for verifying quantities
Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience
Assembly or kitting experience
Experience in manufacturing or production environments
Familiarity with inspection processes, specifications, and tolerances
Experience working with SOPs and standardized workflows
Forklift experience preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Manual dexterity for inspecting small parts and detailed assemblies
Flexibility to support multiple warehouse locations when needed
