Summary:
Ember Holdings, located in Newport Beach, CA, is offering a unique opportunity for motivated, coachable, and driven individuals to join our investment firm as a Real Estate Disposition Specialist. This position provides comprehensive training and experience through a full-time role, involving the disposition of lucrative real estate opportunities to qualified investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize CRM Tools:
- Effectively leverage CRM tools for managing and organizing investor data, leads, and communications.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date investor and property information to streamline decision-making processes.
Property Disposition:
- Implement proven and newly developed methods to market properties
- Communicate and build meaningful relationships with Investors and Realtors
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members, including analysts and managers to optimize disposition processes.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss strategy and share insights.
Qualifications:
- No experience needed, On the job training and Mentorship are provided.
- Willingness to learn CRM tools and Data management.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct in-depth property evaluations.
- Coachable, Driven, and a Desire to Learn
