The customer service representative is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to our customers. In this role, you will utilize your experience and expertise to solve problems, develop, and execute company goals and objectives by performing the assigned duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Stock and rotate products on the shelves, learn products, cash customers out, and assist with inquires on products.
- Promptly process orders, forms, request, and customer inquiries.
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and request about products and services.
- Converse with customers by telephone, email, or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details or complaints.
- Direct request and unresolved issues to management.
- Maintain accurate customer account information.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Communicate necessary information to other departments.
- Other duties assigned
