JOB SUMMARY:
The Primary Therapist will maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment; communicates effectively with our treatment team, and to ensure, that safe & quality care is provided to all clients and all personel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Provides direct support services to include engaging clients in Individual and Group Therapy.
2. Conducts assessments & screenings.
3. Develops and provides treatment plans; monitoring, evaluates and documents client’s progress.
4. Ensures all clinical required documentation is completed on time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Master’s Degree and Licensed in AZ in a field related to Behavioral Health, this includes: MC, MSW, LISAC, LASAC, PhD. Or Licensed Professional health care provider
· Internship

1. Ability to prepare, implement, and analyze treatment plans and psychiatric reports.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, establishing and maintaining effective working relationships, gaining cooperation and resolving conflicts.
4. Ability to plan and organize case workload.
5. Ability to maintain and demonstrate ethical professional standards and demeanor, including the confidentiality of employee and client data, client boundaries, and other sensitive information.
6. Demonstrated competence with, and continued commitment to respect for cultural differences and diversity, protecting client rights.
7. Recognition of the limits of one’s own professional expertise and the willingness to seek supervision and/or support, as needed.
8. Makes clinical and organizational decisions with the clients’ and agency well-being and best interests in mind.
9. Provide treatment that promotes client dignity, independence, individuality, strength, privacy and choice, recognizing the unique needs of the client population served by the agency.
10. Provide the behavioral health services that the agency is authorized to provide and that the staff member is qualified to provide.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
