Job Summary
As an Account Manager Trainee, you’ll play a key role in managing freight operations, building relationships with customers and carriers, and driving business growth. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and uncapped earning potential for those ready to lead and grow.
Responsibilities
- Book and post freight loads; negotiate rates with carriers
- Make outbound calls and send emails to secure load coverage
- Perform load check calls and provide shipment updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers
- Communicate clearly and professionally to resolve issues
- Demonstrate continual growth and initiative
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $40,000 based on 40hr week at $19.24
- Uncapped bonus opportunities
- Monday–Friday schedule (8-hour shifts)
