Unisource National Lender Services, a national title insurance and escrow company licensed in 43 states and growing, is seeking a highly experienced Title Assistant/Title Curative associate to work in our state of the art national operations center in Irvine, CA. You will work with national mortgage lenders in the obtaining information and processing of title curative matters for refinance transactions. This is a great opportunity to secure a position with a dynamic and growing company.
Job responsibilities
- · Clear and full understanding of title curative and resolution of title related matters for refinance transactions
- · Prepare title commitments for accuracy and identify any requirements, defects and exceptions and work with lenders to clear issues to ensure a time closing
- · Communicate with internal staff and customers to respond to questions relating to title related matter
- · Strong understanding of title curative matters across the nation and how to resolve any issues to get a Clear To Close (CTC)
Job Requirements
- · Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task
- · Experience in managing and overseeing multiple team members to ensure a superior customer service experience relating to turn times and resolving title related issues.
- · Good understanding of title insurance and title clearing is required.
- · Minimum 3 years experience in responding to and resolving title related matters is required
