Hairston & Crooks Legal Group, a minority owned and managed personal injury law firm, is expanding to Atlanta, Georgia and seeking an Associate Attorney licensed in Georgia to join our litigation practice.
- Our main firm office is based in Miami, Florida
- An active Georgia license is required
- A Florida law license is strongly preferred
- We prefer candidates based in the Greater Atlanta area ; our office is located in Buckhead, Atlanta
- But we are considering candidates in the Greater Miami area so long as they have a Georgia license
The role:

Required experience includes:
- 2–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Must have handled files with hands on responsibility
- Written discovery and discovery strategy
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and responding to motions
- Pre trial preparation and trial support
- Demand drafting and settlement negotiations
- Mediation and case evaluation
- Managing cases from intake through resolution under attorney supervision
Position structure:
- Primarily remote position
- Buckhead GA office space available as needed
- Dedicated paralegal support
- Full access to Hairston & Crooks Legal Group staff
- Access to firm programs and litigation software
- Administrative and operational support so associates can focus on litigation
Compensation:
- Contingency, plus Bonus Package depending on experience
- Performance based bonus structure tied to results and case progression
