The Admissions Coordinator contributes to the work of the Office of Admissions and Recruitment throughout the student application and enrollment cycle. Working closely with the Director, this position serves as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, manages applicant records and required documentation, participates in events and community outreach, and helps strengthen relationships with feeder schools, churches, and local organizations. The role requires professional and responsive service while contributing to annual enrollment goals and advancing the mission of Cristo Rey Miami High School.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain regular communication with the Director of Admissions and Recruitment regarding the status of the student admissions cycle.
· Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students and families.
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential applicant records in the admissions database and compile academic, financial, endorsement, and other required documentation for review by the Admissions Review Committee.
· Support Open Houses, Exam Days, Interview Days, Enrollment Meetings, Community Partner Appreciation Events, Community Canvassing Days, and other recruitment activities.
· Coordinate with families and schools to identify and collect missing application requirements and facilitate the timely completion of financial aid applications and income verification in collaboration with the Finance Office.
· Guide families through the registration process, ensuring all required documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
· Organize and conduct admissions interviews with prospective students and their families.
· Provide prospective families with information regarding scholarships, financial assistance, and available school and community resources.
· Participate in student recruitment presentations at school fairs, expos, churches, community events, and other outreach opportunities.
· Collaborate on recruitment and marketing initiatives, including promotional materials, social media content, advertisements, mailings, and web content.
· Serve as a liaison with feeder schools, churches, community organizations, and prospective families to strengthen recruitment partnerships.
· Assist with New Student Orientation and transition activities for incoming freshmen and transfer students.
· Collaborate with school staff to facilitate the successful transition of new students during their first year at Cristo Rey Miami High School.
· Provide translation and interpretation for prospective families, enrollment activities, and school departments as needed.
· Attend Cristo Rey Network programs, training, and professional development related to Recruitment and Enrollment.
· Work occasionally evenings and weekends as required for recruitment events, enrollment activities, and community outreach.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree preferred.
· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruitment, enrollment services, marketing, student services, or a related field.
· Fluency in English and Spanish required; Creole proficiency preferred.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to recruitment events and partner schools.
