About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Property team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Customer Scenario Exploration and Solution Preparation: Deeply explore customer material procurement scenarios, prepare and execute sales operation service solutions, possess the ability to provide comprehensive packaged solutions for large enterprise customers, help business expansion.
Project Participation and Solution Formulation: Participate in the full process of sales projects, assist in business negotiations and solution design, undertake analysis of B-end enterprise needs and formulate operation solutions to achieve standardized and process-oriented project management and promote customer output.
Resource Coordination and Problem Solving: Through online and offline operation strategies, coordinate resources from various company departments to solve problems encountered in customer procurement and ensure smooth project implementation.
Data Analysis and Service Optimization: Regularly analyze customer data, optimize products, improve service quality and satisfaction for major customers, maximize customer value.
Customer Relationship Maintenance: Responsible for daily maintenance and deepening of customer relationships, explore customer needs, boost sales potential, strengthen customer relations and maintain long-term cooperation.
Project Operation and Risk Control: Design full-process operation solutions for projects, prepare for launch, optimize landing operations, ensure fund risk control, handle payment, account and invoice issues to ensure project receivables.
