What We're Looking For
Management experience is helpful but not required. Minimum requirements include:
3+ years of experience in an agricultural or Heavy Equipment parts business
- Strong understanding of financial management and inventory control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard internet applications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to stand, climb, bend, use a computer, and lift 50 lbs regularly
Parts Manager Day-to-day
As our parts Manager, you will:
- Lead the parts department and manage staff
- Maintain accurate inventory control systems
- Oversee customer service, ensuring timely and professional support
- Set staff schedules, monitor workloads, and coordinate training
- Recruit, interview, and hire new team members
- Promote and merchandise products and accessories
- Complete required departmental paperwork and conduct physical inventory counts
- Attend training sessions and educational seminars to strengthen your managerial skills
