Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents recovering from a variety of medical and neurological conditions while developing meaningful clinical relationships and supporting functional outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals

Provide therapy services focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management
-
Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families regarding resident progress and care planning

Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

Active SLP license or CFY eligibility required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
