Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a behavioral health location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or patients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a behavioral health setting.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation support and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and observe daily activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, document incidents, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Complete routine reports and maintain detailed records of patrols, incidents, and/or observed conditions while following post orders and client site expectations.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
