We are seeking experienced Window Tint Installers to join our dynamic team and deliver top-quality automotive and commercial window tinting services. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle or building surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure precise tint application.
- Measure and cut film accurately using manual glass cutting tools, ensuring proper fitment for each project.
- Install window tint films on automotive windows or architectural glass with attention to detail, avoiding bubbles or imperfections.
- Handle glass materials safely during installation, including auto glass replacement and automotive glass repair.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to all safety protocols, including power tool safety standards.
- Manage vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including company vehicle operation for on-site or off-site installations.
- Assist with auto estimating processes by assessing project scope and providing accurate time estimates for installations.
- Support heavy lifting tasks related to glass materials handling and installation processes.
- Perform auto body repair or detailing as part of comprehensive vehicle customization services when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly after each job.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive glass installation is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) integration during window tinting or glass replacement projects.
- Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and automotive glass repair techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair processes.
- Familiarity with auto estimating software and auto body shop procedures is a plus.
- Ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely while maintaining high quality standards.
- Prior experience working with automotive or architectural glass materials handling is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about project scope and expectations.

Pay: $24.97 - $30.07 per hour
