Provide compassionate care to clients in the comfort of their own homes throughout Rhode Island.
Responsibilities of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):

Provide for the patient's occupational therapy needs under the supervision of an occupational therapist.
- Report changes in the patient's condition to the occupational therapist and/or the patient's case manager.
- Teach and instruct patients regarding active and passive exercises.

Document all patient care on appropriate forms within agency established time parameters.
- Submits completed documentation to the Clinical Director within established time parameters.

Demonstrate a high degree of commitment to customer service and the provision of quality care.
Qualifications for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):

Licensed as an occupational therapy assistant in Rhode Island.

Possesses a minimum of one-year occupational therapy experience.
- CPR certification.

Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance.
