Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician and open to other beauty professionals who thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial setting. We are open to a range of specialties including esthetician services, nail artistry, permanent makeup, tattoo artistry, and other beauty/wellness services.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to grow their own clientele while working in a beautiful, fully equipped spa while also collaborating with other professionals in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, customized services (facials, microneedling, peels, or your specialty)
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Manage your own schedule and bookings
- Maintain a clean, professional, and relaxing environment
- Promote your services and contribute to the overall spa experience
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products
Requirements:
- Valid State License (if applicable to your specialty)
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferred
- Strong client communication and consultation skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to independently manage your clients and business
- Personal liability insurance (if required)
