RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Accept, embrace, and promote the following Core Values of Core Natural Resources: Safety, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of plant control processing equipment.
- Repairing steel cable and fabric conveyor belts.
- Machining (lathe, milling machine, etc.).
- Welding/fabrication.
- Hydraulic work (hydraulic motors, pumps, etc.).
- Equipment operation (forklifts, man-lifts, etc.).
- Understanding plant designs and processes with plant equipment and facilities.
- Reading and/or using blueprints and schematics.
- All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a work ethic that allows him/her to demonstrate his/her ability daily with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent interpersonal/communication skills and an ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Must be willing to work in adverse conditions including, but not limited to, extreme heat, cold, dust, rain, snow and wind, as well as frequent contact with grease and dirt.
- The successful candidate must possess or obtain Wyoming Mine Foreman certification within one year of accepting position.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
- Plant and/or general heavy maintenance experience is strongly preferred.
