What You’ll Do
- Engage showroom, internet, and phone customers professionally
- Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits
- Close deals and maximize gross opportunities
- Follow up with CRM leads, appointments, and previous customers
- Build repeat and referral business
- Stay current on Toyota products, incentives, and competitors
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year automotive dealership sales experience REQUIRED
- Proven ability to close deals and hit targets
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Experience with internet leads, CRM systems, or digital retailing preferred
- Professional, customer-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
