Accounting Analyst — TrueStone LLC
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid — 4 days onsite, 1 day work from home)

TrueStone LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support its day-to-day accounting operations and investor reporting. This role combines core AP/AR and bookkeeping responsibilities with exposure to fund-level accounting, including capital calls, investor distributions, and interest payments. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across both traditional accounting and private lending/investment fund operations.

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, invoices, and credits

Set up bills for payment and ensure they are processed on time

Enter and maintain transactions in QuickBooks

Reconcile monthly bank statements in QuickBooks

Assist with processing and calculating interest payments

Contribute to the month-end close process

Track capital calls and distributions to investors

Support investor communications and reporting

Maintain various accounting trackers

Assist the Controller with various ad hoc requests and treasury functions

Scan and file financial documents as needed

Strong proficiency in Excel is required

1–3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

Working knowledge of core accounting principles (debits/credits, account reconciliation, month-end close) required

Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
