Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide their purchase decisions.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, clearly explaining key features, benefits, and financing options.
- Keep the showroom and inventory well-organized and assist with inventory management.
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately present pricing and payment plans.
- Partner with the sales support team to ensure a seamless, customer-focused purchase process.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads, referrals, and previous clients.
- Deliver dynamic presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the value of our vehicles.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor products, and dealership promotions.
- Log all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs.
- Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
