Salary: $100k-130k
Requirements: 10+ years of civil engineering experience, land development (residential and commercial) experience required, Professional Engineer License (PE) in Florida required.
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team, focusing on the design and development of infrastructure projects including retail, commercial, and residential developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development and a passion for creating sustainable and efficient engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee civil engineering projects including infrastructure for retail, commercial, and residential developments.

Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate land for development.

Prepare and review engineering plans and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to coordinate project activities.

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

Conduct hydrological analysis and design water distribution and stormwater management systems.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Experience in retail, commercial, and residential land development projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software.

Knowledge of water distribution systems, roadway design, stormwater management, and underground utilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
