Responsibilities:
- - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control.
- - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- - Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
- - Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee morale.
- - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- - Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business plans.
Qualifications:
- - Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- - Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards.
- - Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- - Knowledge of Vietnamese food preparation techniques and food safety regulations highly sought after.
- - Familiarity with Toast POS system is preferred.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
