We're growing our team in the Lake Washington area and are hiring BCBAs to support students, families, and educators through consultation, behavioral support, and collaborative problem-solving. Whether you enjoy school consultation or supervising a small Behavior Technician caseload, we'll work with you to find the right fit.

What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop behavior intervention and support plans
- Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide behavioral consultation and coaching
- Depending on the assignment, some positions include supervising a small Behavior Technician (BT) caseload
We're Looking For
- Active BCBA certification
- Washington LBA (or eligible to obtain)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- School-based experience preferred
