The Expansion team works behind the scenes to open, renovate, and design Buffalo Exchange stores. From ordering fixtures, to coordinating flooring and paint projects, to remodeling and opening entire new stores, the team keeps our physical locations running smoothly and looking their best.
In this position, you’ll support the Expansion team through research, administrative work and project management while communicating with stores and vendors. You’ll travel regularly to any of our 40+ stores across the country and have the opportunity to share input on store designs and fixtures.
Strong attention to detail, organization, communication and computer skills are a must, but no prior experience is needed. Bring a positive attitude, and we’ll teach you everything else you need to know!

As an Expansion Assistant, no two days are the same, but may include the following responsibilities:
- Answering phones, emailing with vendors and procuring bids
- Assisting with projects like remodels and new stores and ordering supplies
- Conducting market and vendor research
- Organizing files, contracts and other documents
- Traveling to Buffalo Exchange stores to help with planning and set-up
- Special projects and assisting wherever needed!
