We are a fast-paced mobile seafood operation specializing in chargrilled oysters, seafood dishes, shrimp, lamb chops, and festival catering. We need someone who can work quickly, maintain quality, and handle high-volume customer demand during busy service periods. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook oysters, seafood, shrimp, and other menu items • Grill and season food according to company recipes • Maintain food quality and presentation standards • Keep workstation clean, organized, and stocked • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures • Assist with setup and breakdown of mobile kitchen operations • Work efficiently during rush periods and festivals Requirements: • Seafood or grill cooking experience required • Reliable transportation • Dependable and punctual • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Must work well under pressure • Team player with professional customer-friendly attitude Preferred Experience: • Oyster preparation • Seafood cooking • Flat-top grill experience • Food truck or festival experience • Restaurant line cook experience Serious inquiries only.
