Every day, auto dealerships hand over keys based on insurance that may not be real. Our team is the safety net — we verify coverage, catch fraud before it costs a dealership, and keep transactions moving. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, adaptable problem-solver to join us.
About the team
The Asset Assurance & Risk Mitigation team at [Company Name] works to prevent fraud, primarily for auto dealerships, and verifies insurance coverage so our dealer partners can do business with confidence. We’re a close-knit operations team that moves fast — processes evolve as fraud tactics do, and we adapt right along with them.
What you’ll do
- Verify insurance coverage accurately and efficiently for auto dealership transactions
- Process verifications and authentications as deals come through
- Answer inbound phone calls and provide friendly, professional support
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and see problems through to resolution
- Work in HubSpot to track and document customer interactions
- Adapt quickly as processes and procedures change
- Communicate clearly with dealers, customers, and teammates, by phone and in writing
Schedule and location
- Work from home, but you must live in the Dallas–Fort Worth area
- About 40 hours per week, give or take
- Shifts fall between 6:30 AM and 8:30 PM Central; some schedule flexibility is expected
- We’re open Saturday and Sunday — you must be able to work weekends
- Paid, in-person training in the DFW area for roughly two weeks to one month before transitioning to remote work

- Quick thinking — able to handle problems when they arise
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with frequent process changes; you stay effective when things shift
- A reliable personal computer capable of running video meetings, HubSpot, and our phone system, plus dependable high-speed internet
- A dedicated work area, free of noise and interruptions
- Located in (or relocating to) the Dallas–Fort Worth area
Nice to have:
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Call center, customer support, basic computer skills.
Pay: $3,000.00 per month
