Support strategic decision-making and drive financial insight across a growing, multi-entity business

You won’t just analyze numbers—you’ll influence outcomes across multiple businesses, working directly with leadership to improve performance, evaluate opportunities, and drive growth.

We are building a finance function that goes beyond reporting—focusing on insight, strategy, and business partnership. This role is designed for someone who wants to expand beyond technical accounting and develop into a trusted advisor to the business.
In this role, you’ll:
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, including variance analysis
- Identify trends and translate data into actionable insights
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and forecasts
- Support long-term financial planning and identify key performance drivers
Business Partnership & Decision Support
- Support pricing, investment, and cost decisions through analysis
- Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership
- Contribute to evaluation of strategic opportunities, including acquisitions
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and financial workflows
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance data, tools, and reporting capabilities
Success in this role means you will:
- Improve visibility into financial performance across multiple businesses
- Enable faster, more informed decision-making
- Strengthen forecasting accuracy and planning capabilities
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including growth and acquisitions
To succeed in this role, you will likely:
- Have 4–5 years of public accounting (audit) experience with a strong GAAP foundation
- Be a CPA who is ready to transition into a more analytical, forward-looking role
- Be comfortable working with data and translating it for non-financial partners
- Be coachable, collaborative, and able to operate across multiple priorities
