Fairlane is seeking a Custodian to join the operational team to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of Fairlane Town Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the common area, public restrooms and food court. They will also be responsible for cleaning windows, walls, and furniture, as well as emptying trash cans and disposing of waste. The ideal candidate must have a a commitment to providing excellent customer service by directing customers to the mall's tenants and amenitites.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the common area.
- Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and scrub floors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, walls, and other surfaces.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
