Responsibilities of the Night-Time Nurse (LPN):
- Floor Nurse actively works with residents and staff delivering and directing all aspects of care
- Administer medications and assess resident well-being
- Perform basic treatment measures
- Notify Physician and concerned parties of significant changes in condition
- Electronic charting to deliver the very best documentation possible
