Overview:
Oversee multiple group homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring quality care and compliance.
Responsibilities:

Supervise Group Home Managers.

Ensure ISP implementation and documentation accuracy.

Monitor care, behavior plans, and services.

Ensure compliance with NJ DDD standards.

Oversee operations, maintenance, and finances.

Review electronic records daily.

Participate in IDT meetings.

Provide on-call support.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required.
-
Medical group home experience required.
-
Strong leadership background in IDD services.
-
Background clearance required.
