Deli Manager
Location: California, Missouri
C&R Supermarket is seeking a dependable and personable Deli Manager to lead our deli department. This role is ideal for a proven leader who enjoys working with food and people in a fast-paced environment.
As Deli Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead deli staff, including assistants and associates
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and packaging of deli products
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with food safety standards
- Manage inventory, including unloading, stocking, and rotating products (ability to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Follow directives from the Store Director and maintain departmental standards
Qualifications
- Previous deli or kitchen management experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain a strong work ethic
- Must be at least 21 years of age
