Automotive Refinishing Technician (Spraying)
Cabinet Refinishing Technician (Spraying)
Concrete Resurfacing Technician
Bathtub Refinishing Technician (Spraying)
Furniture Refinishing Technician (Spraying)
Interior & Exterior Painting (Spraying)
Any other trade that involves spraying.
Responsibilities
Technicians receive all the tools and supplies necessary to complete the job along with necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) and training.
Review assigned work orders for accuracy
Perform refinishing services at various job sites (commercial and residential).
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality assurance.
Refinish a series of surfaces including but not limited to bathtubs, tile walls, sinks, and countertops.
Perform extensive repairs to the substrate to remove cracks, rust, chips, and other imperfections.
Manage inventory of materials and equipment provided.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interaction skills required
Must have reliable transpiration, a valid driver's license and a good standing driving record.
Excellent organizational skills required.
Must be a self-starter & able to act independently once properly trained.
Vision abilities required include color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be good with people as you will work with all different types of clients.
Must be reliable & prompt we give our customers a 1-hour arrival window.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and perform repetitive motion tasks.
Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, climb, and squat.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
